Becca started her career in the dental world in 2007 and achieved her dental nursing qualification in 2008 whilst working in a general dental practice. She then went on to work in Community Dental Service where she worked with special needs patients, before starting a job in the hospital service in 2010, nursing in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Orthodontics. There Becca gained qualifications in conscious sedation, dental radiography and Orthodontic nursing.

Whilst working at Lincoln County Hospital, Becca found her true passion and something that really interests her – Orthodontics! She achieves so much satisfaction from giving patients more confidence in their smile and before long, decided to do further training so she could be more involved in the brace work in the department. In 2019, under the guidance of Emily, she started her journey to become an Orthodontic Therapist, completing a course at Leeds Dental Institute and graduating from the Royal College of Surgeons with a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy in 2020. Since qualifying, Becca has worked alongside Emily at Lincoln County Hospital, managing the most complex Orthodontic cases in Lincolnshire, including patients requiring jaw surgery and those with cleft lip and palate. In her spare time, Becca is kept very busy with her two young children and enjoys all things fun!
